We will gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
Refund & Replacement Policy
All customers are entitled to either a refund or replacement of products, as guided by the policies of the Department of Trade and Industry.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Customer can claim for replacement or refund within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and freebies.
- Proof of purchase must be presented for validation by our authorized personnel.
- Per DTI guidelines, consumers may return or exchange goods, or avail of other remedies, in case of hidden faults, defects, or any undisclosed charges at the time of purchase.
- The following are not considered when requesting for a refund or replacement:
- Change of Mind
- Wrong Color
- Size of a Product
B.O.G. Fine Jewelry reserves the right to conduct a technical evaluation of the product before approving a return, refund, or replacement request.
Return Process
1. Initiating a Return Request:
- Visit our Contact Us page
- Fill out the contact form with the subject "Return Request."
- In the message body, include your order number and attach photos of the product you wish to return.
- Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
- Submit the form.
2. After Return Approval:
- Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with further instructions.
- Choose one of the following return options:

In-Store Drop-Off: Visit our store to return the item. Please bring this email and your proof of purchase.

LBC Drop Off: Use LBC courier services to return the item. You are responsible for the return shipping cost initially.
- Ship the item to the address provided in your approval email.
- Send us the tracking number once the item has been shipped.
- The shipping cost will be refunded upon receipt of the item.

Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Partial order cancellations are not permitted. We recommend canceling the entire order and repurchasing the desired quantity to streamline the process.
- If your cancellation is requested before the product has shipped, we will issue a full refund, less any applicable charges. However, if the cancellation occurs after shipment but before you receive the item, a deduction for two-way shipping costs will apply.
- Please note that all cancellations are subject to a minimum of 2.5% cancellation or bank transaction fee based on the total order value.
- In certain cases, we may have to cancel an order. Receiving an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not guarantee our final acceptance. www.bagfulofglitter.com reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receiving it.
- While our online stock inventory is automatically updated, we may notify you via phone, email, or text if there’s a shortfall in the items you ordered. In such cases, we reserve the right to fulfill less than the ordered quantity or cancel the order entirely with prior notice.
- If an order is canceled after shipment, the vendor's return policy will apply, and most vendors may charge a return fee.
