Yes, all our diamonds and gemstones are naturally earth-mined. We do not sell lab-grown diamonds or recrystallized gemstones nor do we mix them with natural earth mined ones. We carefully and fastidiously select our suppliers to make sure that all our diamonds and gemstones are naturally earth-mined. We also test our diamonds with GIA’s ID100 device which has a 100% accuracy rate when it comes to determining lab-grown diamonds.

Yes, they are pawnable, but if your purpose for buying jewelry is to later on or eventually pawn them, it is best to invest in heavy gold jewelry since they fetch a higher price at pawn shops compared to diamonds. The best thing to do, should the need arise, is to sell your diamond jewelry, for it appreciates in value.

Yes and no. Our Platinum jewelry is hypoallergenic while our 14k or 18k yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold, are not.

Our jewelry is curated and authentic but things may not always be perfect. All jewelry comes with a 7-day guarantee. If your jewelry is less than perfect when they reach you, please let us know! Customers in Metro Manila can opt for same-day delivery if the orders are placed before 14:00 Philippine Standard Time.

We want your jewelry to get to you as soon as possible, but please allow 1 business day for them to arrive for Metro Manila orders and 2-3 business days for Provincial orders!

For international shipments, we ship through DHL Express, which typically delivers within 2-5 business days. You may also track your shipment by entering the tracking number on the DHL’s website tracking page, where you can get real-time updates on the status and location of your package
